Cost calculator

What will your TEFL course really cost?

Add tuition, mandatory fees and practical costs, then keep contingency separate.

What belongs in each field?

Tuition is the advertised course price. Mandatory fees are charges you must pay to complete or receive the award. Practical costs are expenses created by your plan, such as travel to an assessed session. Contingency stays separate because it may never be spent.

Avoid double counting

If assessment, certification or tutor support is included in tuition, do not add it again. Check the current course terms before treating an optional upgrade as required.
